Hmm... I didn't update yesterday... but then again, I didn't have much to say yesterday. At any rate, I got this link from my cousin today... it's a flash video, and its not only funny (although some may disagree about its comedy value... *ahem* Greg) its a well done flash video. Anyways, if you have time, which you obviously do if you're bothering to read this, check that link out.
Well as for myself, spring break is more than half over, and what have I done? Well, here's a quick recap: Shoot pool, shoot pool, drink iced tea, lots and lots of iced tea, shoot some more pool... oh! go online and play Counter-Strike... did lots of that too, secure my position as one of the top AIM junkies at Whitney, yes, sad isn't it? And I don't even talk to that many people on AIM, I'm just on all the time. And... oh, had a small discussion with Ander about Mr. Barber. But Friday I'll be going to UCSC for a the "open house" there on Saturday. Hopefully that'll be fun. At any rate, it looks like I'll be going to UCSC for college. I don't want to prejudge anyone, but from what I hear the entire college is in a forest, and the nearest major city would be San Jose. Now, seeing as how I've grown up in suburbs all my life... I don't know if I could handle the forest 24x7. Its not that I don't think the forest is beautiful or whatever, but... its just... I don't know how to explain it, but I have a feeling I'll be leaving the college a few times a month at least. Perhaps things'll change when I get there and hopefully they will, but I think I'm too much of a city kind of person, I like the hustle and bustle, even though I live in the suburbs.
Oops, I took a litte CS break (of some 2 hours) inbetween this... oh well, I guess that shows how short an attention span I have :) Good night.

Just some quick stuff today:
1) I picked up my grandpa from the airport today... and I don't know, he seemed somewhat... out of it. I mean I kno he's old and all, but he's... I don't if its just me... more on that later.
2) I was watching a Master Card commercial during Ally McBeal today and it was this old couple and they were going around China doing this whole "2 bikes and helmets, 900 yuan," and the voice-over guy couldn't pronounce "yuan" worth crap by the way, but anyways, at the end of the commercial the "priceless" thing was "Crossing number 6 off your life's to-do list." And I realized I should get myself a "Life's To-Do" list too.
Eh... just random thoughts.

Hey to all my... what... 6 readers? :P Anyways, Happy
Easter, along with other holidays, have become such commercialized things. And while this isn't necessarily a bad thing, in the whole picture, when something becomes commercialized, what happens is the true, original meaning of something is lost. For example, I don't even claim to be a person of great knowledge about religion, however, I'm pretty sure that the Easter Bunny and egg hunting wasn't originally part of the entire idea of "Easter." But if I'm wrong, let me know. And while I used think that this commercialization gives the wrong idea to our children about these holidays, I've realized something about them now. The commercialization of these holidays may have led the general public away from the true meaning of these holidays, however, it has also redefined these holidays for the general public as well. And while some of the older generation may not like the fact that during Easter no one truly thinks of Jesus and rebirth, but thinks only of the Easter bunny and egg hunting, it is the reality, and we need to accept it for what it is. This redefined holiday is what it is now, and we need to take that and build on it.
Okay... well as you can probably see from that last paragraph and yesterday's urinal one, I need help closing my essays/ideas, but blah. Anyways, I don't really have much going on with me. Spring break is quite dull and uneventful so far. And it looks to be that way tomorrow too. Although I am going to the airport! Woo Hoo! But I'm not going anywhere, I'm just going to pick up my dad who's coming back from Taiwan with his parents... oh well, at least I'll be getting counterfeit stuff from Taiwan.

Well... I haven't heard anything new about Mr. Barber, my high school's band teacher, for anyone who reads this and has no idea who I'm talking about.
Anyways, I said I'd write about this bathroom stall thing, and I will, even at 3:00am in the morning :) And I'm sure that tons of other guys have thought of this before me too. But after watching Bridget Jones's Diary I went to the bathroom and there were 3 urinals. And unconciously I walked up to the one nearest the door. Now here's where it gets interesting. As I took a piss and stared at the white tile walls, I thought to myself... "Does the choosing of bathroom urinals mean anything?" Subconsciously, of course. I thought to myself, while I was still taking a piss, do more macho, self-confident guys pick the middle urinal? Or is it the center of attention types? Extroverts? You catch my drift? And then, vice versa, those with less confidence, or are unsure in public, do they pick the urinals way out of people's ways? Either to the far left or right? And this experiment works only when the urinals aren't crowded, such as at a sporting event where guys just pick the next available one. At any rate, while still taking a piss, I decided to myself that for the most part, guy's who pick the middle urinal, or at least the urinal that is clearly the... most important. Perhaps I'm not making any sense at all... which in all likelyhood is probably the case. But hey, once again, its 3:00am in the morning, you can't blame me either.
Good Night. And on a side note, I'll be fooling around with the layout of my blogspot soon... if I ever get around to learning HTML :P

Mr. Barber got arrested? I don't know if this is true, although it probably is, seeing as how its on the Press Telegram website. I'm not sure what I think about this yet... since I don't know any of the details really... so, if any of you know anything, let me know, not that I'm a big gossip or anything, but I mean, it is my school too, y'know?

EDIT: Link to Press Telegram news article about Mr. Barber no longer works, so I removed it. I'll put it back if I find it in the archives or something.
